A device I have sold or given away is still visible on SmartThings Find

If you have recently sold or handed over a device to someone else, but it is still visible on SmartThings Find, don't worry. In this guide, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to properly remove the device from SmartThings Find, ensuring your privacy and preventing any unwanted access.
Delete a device you no longer own
Step 1. Open SmartThings and select the Life tab (at the bottom of the screen).
Step 2. Navigate to and tap the Find card.
Step 3. Tap the My devices icon.
Step 4. Tap the More options icon.
Step 5. Tap Remove devices.
Step 6. Tap the checkbox next to the device you want to remove from your list.
Step 7. Tap Remove at the bottom of the screen.
Step 8. Tap Remove to confirm your decision.
