Чи потрібен обліковий запис Samsung, щоб завантажити програму?

Наявність облікового запису Samsung дозволяє завантажувати вміст і програми, просто увійшовши в систему. Якщо ви хочете завантажити програми Galaxy Store, ви повинні увійти у свій обліковий запис. Однак деякий вміст, наприклад Galaxy Essentials, можна завантажити без входу в систему.

Щоб увійти до свого облікового запису Samsung:

Додаткова інформація про ваш обліковий запис Samsung

Так, але спочатку ви повинні вийти з активного облікового запису Samsung, а потім увійти за допомогою іншого облікового запису. Для цього виберіть «Меню», торкніться значка налаштувань, оберіть пункт «Samsung account» і натисніть  кнопку «Вийти».

Крок 3. Оберіть “Samsung account”.

Крок 4. Натисніть “Вийти”.

Щоб увійти знову, виконайте ті самі дії, які виконували для виходу.

Зверніть увагу: якщо є дані (Samsung Cloud, Samsung Pay тощо), підключені до облікового запису Samsung, з якого ви виходите, вони будуть видалені з пристрою.

Якщо ви не пам’ятаєте свій обліковий запис Samsung і пароль, ви можете знайти свій ідентифікатор або скинути пароль на  веб-сайті облікового запису Samsung.

Після входу в Galaxy Store, щоб змінити пароль, виберіть «Меню», натисніть на значок налаштувань, оберіть «Samsung account », натисніть «Безпека та конфіденційність», торкніться «Пароль», далі «Змінити», а потім введіть нову інформацію та натисніть «Зберегти».

Крок 7. Введіть свої дані та натисніть «Зберегти».

Зверніть увагу: якщо ви зміните свій пароль, ви вийдете з усіх пристроїв, підключених до вашого облікового запису Samsung. Ви повинні будете увійти заново на цих пристроях, щоб синхронізувати дані для контактів, SmartThings, Samsung Pass тощо.
