I kept giving my old phone chances to prove that it can be better. However, it always fell short of my expectations.
It became frustrating when my phone didn’t meet my needs and wants, and I still had to face it at work and home. With its constant need for my attention, I felt I was losing my own space.

I did not give up straight away. I thought of changing myself, but I felt that I wouldn’t be happy doing that. After some time, I decided that my old phone just wasn’t enough for me.
Thankfully, the switch was peaceful and there was no drama.

Taking new chances gives me the opportunity to be happy again.
My Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G has 8K resolution, and the vision is very clear. On top of that, there is an external memory card, which means I will never lose memory. The phone screen is also wide and clear. I feel I have made the right choice to switch.
