How do I redeem the TV Upgrade Offer?
Select your new TV on Samsung.com and opt for the upgrade option before you add to cart. Select your old TV, and an instant discount will be applied to your new TV at checkout.
Which TV models are eligible for the TV Upgrade Offer?
Refer to this list of participating TV models. Samsung reserves the right to amend this participating list at its discretion.
Do I need to purchase an item in the same category as the item I am sending it for upgrade?
Yes. For example, you will not be able to upgrade your old TV if you are purchasing a new monitor.
What happens if my old TV is not ready for collection?
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of the new TV if your old TV is not ready for collection. Please ensure that the old TV has been re-set to factory settings (where applicable) and that it is ready for collection when your new TV is delivered.
I have decided to return my new TV for a refund. Can I get my old TV back?
No. The old TV is non-returnable and has zero value. Should you opt to return the new TV for a refund (for any reason), Samsung will not reimburse and return any amount to you for the old TV.
