1. This promotion is  valid for customers who have purchased  the Samsung Galaxy S23 5G, Galaxy S23+ 5G or Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G (“Galaxy S23”) between 17 Feb 2023 (0000hrs) to 16 Mar 2023 (2359hrs) (“Purchase Period”) from Samsung Online store, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon.sg, Zalora, Courts, Best Denki, Gain City and Harvey Norman.

2. The following gifts shall be redeemed via QR code on your redemption card/sticker, landing you on the Samsung Members app.  Scan the QR code using your new Galaxy S23.

Redemption period is from 10 Feb 2023 (0000hrs) to 10 April 2023 (2359hrs) (“Redemption Period”):

No extension of Redemption Period is allowed.

3. For the purposes of verification, customers are required to submit the following documents on the Galaxy Gift Redemption Portal (“Verification Documents”):

(i)          Date of purchase

(ii)         Place of purchase

(iii)        IMEI number; and

(iv)        Required to upload images of – IMEI serial screenshot, proof of purchase (receipt/telco service agreement) and redemption card.

4. Once the Verification Documents have been successfully verified, the e-Voucher shall be provided to customers via email in the form of a unique promo code within 7 days from date of redemption.

5. Each e-Voucher is only valid for a single use on selected tablets, earbuds, smartwatches or mobile accessories from the Samsung Online Store, subject to stock availability.

6. Each e-Voucher is only valid between 17 Feb 2023 (0000hrs) to 29 May 2023 (2359hrs). No extension of expiry date is allowed.

7. The e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes, promotions, discounts and/or vouchers unless otherwise stated.

8. The e-Voucher is expressed in Singapore dollars and is non-exchangeable for cash.

9. If the value of your order is less than the value of the e-Voucher, the remaining e-voucher value shall be forfeited. In the case that the value of your order exceeds the value of the e-Voucher, any outstanding order balance is payable.

10. If multiple devices have been purchased, the e-Vouchers must be redeemed separately.

11. The Verification Documents may not be sold or assigned to another party. Any attempt to so will automatically render the redemption null and void.

12. Samsung reserves the right to reject redemption for customers whose details do not match the proof of purchase documents, if Samsung suspects the Verification Documents are false or have been tampered with in any way, or otherwise if Samsung believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

13. Promotion is applicable to end-consumers only; not for trade, corporate or bulk purchases (of more than 3 devices).

14. Samsung reserves the right to replace any Gift(s) with another item. Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or kind.
