Samsung TV Promotion: Free Singtel CAST Bundle comprising of Weekend Goals and Chinese Plus Pack Terms and Conditions
The free Singtel CAST bundle comprising of Weekend Goals and Chinese Plus Pack offer (the “Offer”) is organised by Samsung Asia Pte. Ltd. (“Samsung”).
Please find the terms and conditions of the Offer below:-
1. To be eligible for the Offer, you must:
(a) Purchase a selected Samsung Smart TV during the promotion period of 2 August 2019 to 29 June 2020;
(b) Be residing in Singapore; and
(c) Be aged 21 years and above as stated on your NRIC/Passport (as of 2 August 2019)
2. You will have to redeem the Offer before the expiration date stated in the voucher. The offer will expire if you don’t redeem the offer within the stipulated time period. No extension of validity period will be allowed. Upon redemption, you will be able to access the Singtel CAST Bundle for the validity period of your Bundle (e.g. 3-months or 6-months).
3. Bundles are not stackable (e.g. two 6-month Bundles cannot be utilised together in a single CAST account concurrently or overlapping in the validity period of the Bundles).
4. Access to selected Live Premier League content for the Premier League 2019/2020 season via Weekend Goals will end according to announcements by Premier League.
5. Redemption codes cannot be used to offset any existing paid subscription with or any services supplied by Singtel.
6. The validity period of the Singtel CAST Bundle comprising of Weekend Goals and Chinese Plus Pack promotional period will be stated on the voucher i.e. 3-months or 6-months duration.
7. Redemption steps are as follows:-
a. Visit cast.singtel.com/Samsung
Preferred web browsers: Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari.
b. Click <Redeem>, located at the top banner.
c. Create or sign in with your CAST ID. You are advised to read the terms of use of CAST App and agree to the same before you proceed to redeem the Offer.
i. New to CAST? Create a CAST ID with your email address.
ii. Already have a CAST ID? Please sign in with your CAST ID and password.
d. Enter Redemption Code.
e. Login to CAST App with your CAST ID on your Samsung Smart TV.
8. Neither SingNet Pte. Ltd. (“Singtel”) nor Samsung will offer a cash equivalent or alternative offer available in whole or in part for the Offer.
9. Your CAST App account and usage is governed by Singtel’s CAST App Terms of Use, license agreement, privacy policy or other such agreements. To the extent permitted by law, Samsung disclaims any warranty, conditions or representation in respect of CAST App, Weekend Goals Pack and/or Chinese Plus Pack, and their content, in any aspect including, but not limited to, quality, accuracy, effectiveness, lack of anti-viruses, non-infringement of Singtel rights and compliance of any applicable laws or regulations.
10. Samsung may amend, cancel or end this Offer at any time. Samsung’s decision is final and Samsung reserves the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
11. Samsung, its affiliates, business partner and/or service providers collects, uses, processes and/or discloses (including to third parties overseas) your personal information for the purpose of contacting you regarding the Offer, and in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy (www.samsung.com/sg/info/privacy.html).
12. By redeeming this Offer, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
13. Singtel and/or third parties own the content of the products contained within this Offer. The content is subject to change and Samsung is not responsible for the content.
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and each participant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
