  • How can I participate in the Samsung Galaxy 2024 Daily Lucky Draw?

    To participate in the Samsung Galaxy 2024 Daily Lucky Draw, you will need to:

    1. Register your interest for Galaxy Unpacked between 26 June, 7AM SGT – 10 July, 8:59PM SGT and receive an e-voucher code worth up to $210.

    2. Pre-order the new Galaxy smartphone with your e-voucher worth up to $210.

    3. Submit your entry and personal details as per your NRIC / passport via our official form (https://www.samsung.com/sg/luckydraw) between 19 July 2024, 12:01AM SGT to 31 August 2024, 11:59PM SGT.

    4. Entries submitted after 31 August 2024, 11:59PM SGT will not be accepted.

  • Yes, you can do so as long as you have separate receipts for each Galaxy smartphone purchase and each receipt indicates a discount from your e-voucher.

    Please note that you will need to make separate submissions for the lucky draw for each Galaxy device with their respective IMEIs. Only one (1) entry can be submitted for each new Samsung Galaxy device.

  • What prizes will be given to the winners of the Samsung Galaxy 2024 Daily Lucky Draw?

    Each of the 14 lucky winners will receive Samsung products based on the highest value item(s) of each product category in their purchase transaction (subject to a maximum of one item per category).

    To illustrate:
    If a selected winner purchases one (1) smartphone, they will receive the same smartphone model (same retail value, same colour) as a prize. The same applies if they purchase two or more smartphones, save that the prize will be for the higher value smartphone model (same retail value, same colour).

    If a selected winner purchases one (1) smartphone, one (1) buds and one (1) watch, they will receive the same smartphone model, buds and watch (same retail value, same colour) as a prize.

    If a selected winner purchases two or more smartphones, two or more buds and/or two or more watches, they will get a prize consisting of the higher value item in each product category (same retail value, same colour).

    If a selected winner purchases buds and a watch, they will not be eligible for the lucky draw.

    If a selected winner purchases one (1) buds and/or one (1) watch, they will not be eligible for the lucky draw.

  • Samsung Singapore will contact all winners via email to inform them about their prize collection at Samsung’s place of business at 30 Pasir Panjang Road Mapletree Business City #17-31/32 Singapore 117440.

  • The e-voucher worth up to $210 is transferable.

    The Samsung products won by the selected winners are not transferable. Each winner must pick up their prize personally or appoint an authorized representative to pick up their prize on their behalf.

  • All prizes must be collected by the winners / official representatives of the winners by 11 October 2024, 5PM SGT at Samsung’s place of business at 30 Pasir Panjang Road Mapletree Business City #17-31/32 Singapore 117440.

Terms and Conditions - Samsung Galaxy 2024 Lucky Draw

1. Samsung Galaxy 2024 Daily Lucky Draw Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. of 30 Pasir Panjang Road Mapletree Business City #17-31/32 Singapore 117440 ("Samsung").

 

2. Employees and immediate family members of Samsung, third party marketing and service providers (e.g. advertising/ partner agencies) who are involved in the set-up and/or operation of this Promotion are not eligible to participate. 

 

3. Participants must be Singapore residents and aged 18 years and above as stated on their Identity Card/ Passport (as of 26 June 2024).

 

4. By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All rules and regulations and instructions issued by Samsung from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.

 

5. Key Dates

(a) The Promotion will commence from 26 June 2024, 7:00 AM SGT to 31 August 2024, 11:59PM SGT (“Promotion Period”).

(b) The Promotion consists of 14 daily lucky draws for transactions made on each day between 10 July 2024, 9:00PM SGT to 23 July 2024, 11:59PM SGT (“Draw Period”, each day’s draw to be referred to as “Lucky Draw”).

(c) Submissions for the Promotion on the Samsung Galaxy 2024 Daily Lucky Draw Promotion website (www.samsung.com/sg/luckydraw) will commence on 19 July 2024, 12:01AM SGT and ends on 31 August 2024, 11:59PM SGT. Entries received after 31 August 2024, 11:59PM SGT will not be accepted.

(d) All 14 Lucky Draws under the Promotion will be conducted on 5 September 2024, 3.00PM at Samsung’s place of business at 30 Pasir Panjang Road Mapletree Business City #17-31/32 Singapore 117440 in the presence of an independent scrutineer.

(e) 14 lucky winners will be notified by 12 September 2024, 2:59PM SGT. Winning entries will be randomly selected using computerised means.

(f) The results of the Lucky Draws will be published on the Samsung Galaxy 2024 Daily Lucky Draw Promotion website (www.samsung.com/sg/luckydraw).

 

6. Eligibility

(a) Participants must register their interest and receive a promo code / e-voucher from Samsung via www.samsung.com/sg/unpacked, and/or official Samsung partner channels between 26 June 2024, 7:00AM SGT and 10 July 2024, 8:59PM SGT.

(b) Participant must also purchase their next Samsung Galaxy smartphone from any of the following platforms: Samsung Online Store, Samsung Shop App, Samsung Experience Stores or official Samsung partner channels between 10 July 2024, 9:00PM SGT to 23 July 2024, 11:59PM SGT.

For the purpose of determining a participant’s eligibility for the Promotion and each daily Lucky Draw, the date and time of his/her submission shall be determined based on Samsung’s system records. Samsung shall not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed, whether or not arising during operation or transmission, as a result of any error or any factor beyond its reasonable control.

 

7. Promotion Mechanics 

(a) Participants must submit their personal information (i.e. name, email address and contact number) with their purchase details (i.e. promo / e-voucher code, IMEI number, screenshot of IMEI number, valid proof of purchase) on the Samsung Galaxy 2024 Daily Lucky Draw Promotion website (www.samsung.com/sg/luckydraw) between 19 July 2024, 12:01AM SGT to 31 August 2024, 11:59PM SGT. Once the form is submitted, participants will not be able to make any further amendments.

(b) Participants shall enter their personal particulars accurately, clearly and provide all information requested. By entering the Promotion, the Entrant hereby warrants that all information submitted is true, current and complete. Samsung reserves the right to revoke any prize(s) awarded to any participant if any submitted information is deemed false, inaccurate and/or incomplete. 

(c) Only one (1) entry can be submitted for each new Samsung Galaxy smartphone purchased. Samsung reserves the right to remove any entry which Samsung determines is a duplicate entry to prevent individuals from gaining any unfair advantage in the Promotion.

(d) The 14 lucky winners will be notified via e-mail from Samsung. Details on redemption of prizes will be separately communicated to the winners.

 

8. Redemption of Prizes

(a) Each of the 14 lucky winners will receive Samsung products based on the highest value item(s) of each product category in their purchase transaction (subject to a maximum of one item per category) during the Draw Period. For example: 

(i) If a selected winner purchases one (1) smartphone, they will get a prize of the same smartphone model (same retail value, same colour).

(ii) If a selected winner purchases two or more smartphones, they will only get a prize of the higher value smartphone model (same retail value, same colour).

(iii) If a selected winner purchases one (1) smartphone, one (1) buds and one (1) watch, they will get a prize of the same smartphone model, buds and watch (same retail value, same colour).

(iv) If a selected winner purchases two or more smartphones, two or more buds and/or two or more watches, they will get a prize consisting of the higher value item in each product category (same retail value, same colour).

(v) If a selected winner purchases one (1) buds and/or one (1) watch, they will not be eligible for the Promotion.

(b) All prizes must be collected by the winners / official representatives of the winners by 11 October 2024, 5PM SGT at Samsung’s place of business at 30 Pasir Panjang Road Mapletree Business City #17-31/32 Singapore 117440.

(c) All winners may send representatives to collect their prize on their behalf as long as they possess a written and signed document from the winners.

(d) The prize(s) are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or other items, and is not transferable.

(e) In the event the winners do not respond to Samsung within three (3) weeks from the notification email, the winner shall forfeit his/her claim on the prize and no substitutes will be provided in whole or in part. Samsung shall have the right to award any unclaimed prizes to the next winner on the winner list. 

 

9. Samsung collects participants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, and may, for this purpose, use, process and/or disclose (including to third parties overseas) such personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Samsung Privacy Policy (www.samsung.com/sg/info/privacy.html). Each participant consents to such collection, use, processing and disclosure of his/her personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Validity of each entry for the Promotion is conditional on the participant providing this information.

 

10. By participating in the Promotion, each participant is communicating with Samsung electronically. By doing so, each participant agrees to receive communications from Samsung electronically. Samsung will communicate by electronic mail to the electronic mail address provided by the participant and/or posting notices on the Samsung Galaxy 2024 Daily Lucky Draw Promotion website. Each participant consents to receiving electronically all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that Samsung provides in relation to the Promotion.

 

11. Each participant agrees that he/she may be required by Samsung to, without compensation, take part in marketing, promotional and/or publicity exercises with respect to the Promotion, and may be requested by Samsung to grant to Samsung such consents and waivers in respect of Samsung’s use and/or disclosure of his/her name, voice, photograph, likeness or other personal identifiable information in any media (including such personal identifiable information contained in any promotional photographs and/or audio/video recordings taken in respect of the Promotion), for the promotion and publicity of this Promotion, the Samsung brand and/or Samsung products. Each participant agrees that he/she is free to decline to participate or to provide such consents and waivers; however, in such an event then the participant may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion.

 

12. Each participant shall not, without the prior written approval of Samsung, disclose (including without limitation on online platforms and social media) any confidential information provided to him/her or which he/she has access to as a result of his/her participation in the Promotion, or speak or give any interviews or comments to the press or any other media relating to the Promotion without Samsung’s prior written consent.

 

13. Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, or whose entry Samsung believes have been manipulated in any way, or who otherwise interferes with the Promotion or does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

 

14. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Samsung, Samsung reserves the right in its sole discretion at any time and without assigning any reason, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. No person shall be entitled to, and Samsung shall not be liable for, any payment or compensation (whether in cash, credit or kind) whatsoever arising from the foregoing.

 

15. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Samsung (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Samsung's control); (ii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (iii) any entry, claim or prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by Samsung) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Samsung; (iv) any variation to the value of the prize(s) stated in these Terms and Conditions; (v) any tax liability incurred by participant(s); or (vi) use of the Prize(s).

 

16. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant agrees to indemnify and hold Samsung harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) arising from any breach by the participant of these Terms and Conditions and/or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the participant’s participation in the Promotion.

 

17. Except where expressly provided herein, each participant shall bear his/her own costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from his/her participation in the Promotion, and no reimbursement may be sought from Samsung.

 

18. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.

 

19. In the event there is any dispute arising from the Promotion or relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Samsung shall be final and binding on all parties. No correspondence, appeal or further claims will be entertained.

 

20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and each participant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

^ The $210 e-voucher (via promo code) is valid from 10 July 2024, 9PM – 23 July 2024, 11:59PM when you pre-order in 1 single transaction at Samsung Online Store, Samsung Shop App or Samsung Experience Stores only. For the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned e-voucher will entitle you to $100 off your purchase of the next Galaxy Smartphone, up to $80 off your purchase of the next Galaxy Watch and $30 off your purchase of the next Galaxy Buds only. You will not be able to utilise the full $210 e-voucher amount for any one of the above mentioned products. The e-voucher is only valid for a single use, and any unused amount shall be forfeited.
