● Samsung has launched the Eco-Conscious Repair where you can have your Galaxy phone screen repaired by targeting only the broken LCD panel, saving the bracket and frame it is attached to for reuse.
● By minimizing the amount of service parts used in the repair process, we can reduce production of parts, which reduces electronic waste, and ultimately carbon emissions.

eWaste Disposal Program
Drop-off your old electronic devices at our collection point — we will take care of responsibly disposing them.
● To provide convenient and responsible disposal options for its customers, Samsung Customer Service launched the Electronic Waste Disposal (EWD) program.
● Drop boxes for EWD are deployed at different Samsung Authorized Service Center locations nationwide for your convenience. All you have to do is bring your e-waste, drop them in the EWD box, and we'll take care of disposing them for you.
● We will work together with our waste management partners to take care of the last step in an environmentally-friendly way.
