Keep the cooktop looking neat. Its Anti-Scratch Glass can withstand 1.5x more pressure without scratching than normal glass*. Samsung’s technology makes it highly scratch resistant, so it is less likely to get marked and is easy to maintain.

* Based on testing by Samsung in accordance with ASTM G133-95, compared to the Samsung model NE63B8611SS/AA with conventional glass. Results provided to and interpreted by Intertek. The test involves scratching on the cooktop with a stainless steel ball, with a 6mm diameter and made of SUS304 material, back and forth 10 times with increasing pressure (MPa), and then checking the surface with both the naked eye and a microscope to determine when a scratch is visible.
