Empower your best-in-class talent
Designed to quickly advance your teams skills as they earn Certified Technology Specialist™ (CTS®) renewal credits, this three-part program provides all the knowledge needed to properly sell and install Samsung Direct View LED hardware and software.
Approx.1 hour
An installer technician from your business will begin their training with an online webinar per LED product through the Ascend Partner Portal.
One sales representative and one pre-sales engineer must complete an Ascend Partner Portal training webinar.
Approx.6 hours per day
The installer technician will then attend a 1 or 2-day in-person training, depending on LED product, at a Samsung Executive Briefing Center around the United States.
Approx.3 hours
Once in-person training is completed, the installer will complete 1 successful end-user installation to then become a Samsung LED Verified Partner.

This course teaches what prerequisites are needed for site readiness, installation of the IAC and how to perform proper module alignment and spacing.
2-DAY TRAINING AT VARIOUS EBC LOCATIONS
IEC Series Training
This course teaches professional installers what prerequisites are needed for site readiness, installation of the IEC series, and how to troubleshoot module alignment and spacing.
2-DAY TRAINING AT VARIOUS EBC LOCATIONS
IER Series Training
This course teaches professional installers what prerequisites are needed for site readiness, installation of the IER series, and how to troubleshoot module alignment and spacing.
2-DAY TRAINING AT VARIOUS EBC LOCATIONS
IFR Series Training
This course teaches professional installers what prerequisites are needed for site readiness, installation of the IFR series, and how to troubleshoot module alignment and spacing.

This course teaches professional installers what prerequisites are needed for site readiness, installation of The Wall IWB and how to troubleshoot module alignment and spacing.
Partners must complete a separate course for each Samsung LED product: IAB, IAC, IWB, IEC, IFR, and IER.
