Our logistics partner will give you one hour to perform Smart Switch to transfer your files between the devices, and to log out of your accounts and reset your old device to factory settings. While standard delivery is free, you may be charged extra by the delivery staff for any excess waiting time beyond one hour. This extra charge should be paid in cash to the delivery staff.
