If your trade-in successfully proceeds, our trade-in courier will give you a maximum of one hour to perform Smart Switch between the two devices and reset your existing device to factory settings. While standard delivery is free, you may be charged extra by the courier for any excess waiting time beyond one hour. This will be charged every 30 minutes and extra fee shall be paid to the courier in cash.

Please ensure that you back up any photos, files and other data stored on your existing device and remove the sim card and memory cards before handing it over to our courier, as we are not able to recover any data nor accountable for any sim or memory cards lost in the process.
