What is the difference between initial trade-in value and final trade-in value?

Initial trade-in value is the maximum trade-in value the customer can get for a particular unit based on the declared condition before completing the checkout on the website. It is set based on the current resell market value as determined by our trade-in partner, Bolttech. Final trade-in value is the unit’s value after the actual re-assessment – to be coordinated by our assigned trade-in courier with Bolttech – based on actual physical condition of your existing device. Note that any discrepancy from your initial declaration on the website may result to a difference between the initial trade-in value and final trade-in value, so it is important to ensure that you declare the actual physical condition of your existing device upon initial assessment prior to checkout.
