Is there a cooling off period?

Yes. We offer a 7-day cooling off period from date of purchase. However, this is only applicable if your device was replaced due to factory defect. Request for cancellation and refund must be within the first 7 days from when you availed of your policy. Your coverage will also end the moment your policy gets cancelled.
