What is the refund guide for duplicate payments?

Duplicate payment happens when more than one payment comprising the same amount is made for a single order.

The refund process for a duplicate payment may take 7 business days. After which, the refund will follow the standard lead times depending on the payment method.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) - 15 banking days (refund via bank deposit)
• Credit Card, Billease, Home Credit - 5 to 15 banking days (may vary per bank)
• Debit Card - within 45 banking days (may vary per bank)
• Mobile Wallets (GCash, GrabPay, Maya) - 7 banking days
• 0%-interest installment plans up to 36 months via credit card (selected banks) - 10 to 15 banking days
• Dragonpay – up to 25 banking days (refund via bank deposit). Our authorized customer service agent may request additional details and documents (such as but not limited to your bank account details, valid ID, and proof of payment) for us to process the refund.
