In which cases can I request a refund?

We will initiate a refund under the following cases:

- if your order is cancelled
- if your order is accepted for return due to valid reasons
- if your order is confirmed lost
- if we failed to deliver your order after 3 attempts, in which case it will be cancelled
- if your order is cancelled due to unsuccessful trade-in
- if your order has a duplicate transaction
- if your order is associated to an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction (subject to investigation)
