My order has damaged/defective item upon arrival. Can I return it to the courier?

In cases when your order has damaged/defective item upon arrival, you cannot return it to our partner courier, instead, we encourage you to report it to us via live chat or check with an authorized service center. Check here for information on Samsung Service Centers.

Please note that you can only return those items that are found to be faulty. Customer induced damage will not be allowed for return.
