Depending on the package duration you purchased, Premium Care will expire either 1 year or 2 years based on the order date indicated in the Order Confirmation email from Samsung Online Store.

● 1-Year Package – will expire 1 year after purchase, i.e. order date on May 1, 2023 will expire May 1, 2024
● 2-Year Package – will expire 2 years after purchase, i.e. order date on May 1, 2023 will expire May 1, 2025

For Premium Care purchased with an air conditioner on Samsung Online Store, the order must have the status ‘COMPLETED’ (with Delivery Receipt) to be valid. This is to ensure the order has not been cancelled prior to delivery.
