    Register and get a chance to win a 2023 Neo QLED or OLED TV:

    1. Promo period is from April 17 to 30, 2023.
    2. Customers are entitled to join the raffle for a chance to win a 65" Neo QLED QN85C or a 55" OLED S90C TV.
    3. To register, participants must provide the following details: First name, Last Name, Address, E-mail Address, and Contact Number from April 17-30, 2023.
    4. Participants who successfully register will receive an email confirmation from Samsung Philippines (no-reply@phsamsungcampaign.com) to their registered e-mail.
    5. Raffle draw will be held on May 2, 2023, at the Samsung Philippines office, in the presence of a DTI representative.
    6. The two (2) winners of the raffle will be chosen at random, and will win their corresponding prizes of either 65" Neo QLED QN85C or a 55" OLED S90C TV. Only one (1) TV per raffle draw winner.
    7. Announcement of winners will be on May 5, 2023. Winners will be contacted directly by Samsung Philippines via email and SMS, and will also be posted on Samsung Philippines' official Facebook page.
    8. Upon winning and being contacted by Samsung Philippines, winners must confirm their identity with a government ID and share their complete Philippines delivery address with Samsung Philippines to receive the raffle prize.
    9. Raffle item will be delivered to the winner's provided Philippines delivery address by Samsung Philippines within 60 days upon announcement assuming no extreme weather disturbances, natural or manmade disasters, shipping fee will be shouldered by Samsung Philippines. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it deems unsafe/unreachable. In this case, another delivery address shall be asked of the customer.
    10. In case the winner cannot personally receive the raffle item upon delivery, they can authorize a representative to receive it on their behalf. The representative needs to show a authorization letter signed by the winner with a photocopy of their ID.
    11. Customer can only pre-register using the same e-mail address once.
    12. Customer cannot win more than one (1) raffle item; if the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.

    Terms and conditions:

    1. Participants who register for this promotion hereby acknowledge and agree to share the personal information provided above, as required for the administration and fulfillment of the promotion.
    2. The 2023 Neo QLED and OLED Handraiser promo will run from April 17-30, 2023 nationwide, and is limited to current residents of the Philippines only who are 18 years old or older.
    3. Participants with invalid contact details and/or have duplicate sign-ups will be disqualified from the raffle draw.
    4. Winners of the raffle will be chosen at random on May 1, 2023 at Samsung Electronics Philippines Corp. (7F Science Hub Tower 4, Mckinley Hill, Taguig City).
    5. Samsung consolidates the list of partipants who pre-registered.
    a. An online randomizer will be used to select 2 winners.
    b. Samsung will contact the winners via email, text and registered mail.
    c. Samsung to announce the winners on their official Facebook page.
    d. The Neo QLED TV and OLED TV raffle prize will be assigned to the winner randomly.
    6. All employees of Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation, their partners and affiliates, talents and consultant, and their advertising agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
    7. Winners who are non-responsive of Samsung within 60 days upon the receipt of registered mail will be disqualified and replaced with prior approval of DTI.
    8. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations it deems unsafe and/or unreachable. In this case, an alternate address shall be asked from the customer.
    9. Prizes are not transferable and convertible to cash or special discount.
    10. Gray units/parallel units are not eligible for this promotion.
    11. This promo is not valid for B2B or institutional transactions.
    12. Raffle winner will not be asked to pay tax on the raffle prizes.
    13. Offers are not valid in conjunction with other discounts currently being offered in authorized Samsung dealers.
