Registering your Galaxy Buds will allow you to get the most out of your Samsung experience: faster tech support, helpful information, and opt in for special promotions.

1 Visit the Samsung’s Product Registration page on a phone or a computer and log into your Samsung account.
2 Register your new Galaxy Buds Live in the “My Products” section. In order to complete the process, you will be asked to enter a serial number in the “IMEI / Serial No.” field. The serial number can be found on a sticker on the box. You must use the serial number next to S/N (R) and not the other serial numbers (it would lead to an error message otherwise).
