How much discount do I get?

Trade-Up in 3 easy steps

Step 1

Select your desired eligible Samsung TV appliance on Samsung.com, select “Yes” for Trade Up during the purchase process.

Step 2

When prompted, accurately provide details about your old TV appliance size, brand and confirm whether it meets the Trade Up program conditions by selecting “Yes” or “No”.

Step 3

Review the information provided and carefully read and accept the terms and conditions. Click "Add discount" and proceed to complete the checkout process.

Step 4

You'll receive timely text messages from Fliway (Samsung delivery partner with instructions on preparing your old TV appliance for pick up upon delivery of your new Samsung TV product.)

There is no usage limit, however, you may only Trade one (1) old TV appliance for each Samsung TV product purchase, and you will receive only one (1) Trade Up discount per checkout transaction on samsung.com

If your old TV appliance is not available for collection, Samsung reserves the right to

 

(a) deliver your Purchased Product without collection of your Existing Product. A new collection date will not be rearranged.


(b) apply a surcharge to you equal to the amount of the Trade-Up Discount you received at the time of purchasing your Purchased Product.
