Return and Cancellations

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't left the warehouse. If you no longer want the product(s) you ordered, please contact our Online Shopping Sales Support Team immediately. We'll try to cancel your order before it ships and process your refund within 3-5 days.

Cancellations are not guaranteed. In the event we are unable to cancel the order in time and it's already shipped, simply refuse the delivery at your door. Once the package is received, we'll process your refund.

A 10% restocking fee of the purchase price for the product (plus applicable tax and delivery fees, if charged) will apply.

To return an item, you'll need a return label. Simply contact our customer service team, and we'll guide you on how to request a return label.

Contact Samsung within 48 hours of delivery/pickup either by phone at 1-855-254-4747 or by email at info.seca@samsung.com. If your product is defective, Samsung will replace or refund it. After 48 hours, repairs or refunds will follow the manufacturer's warranty.

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return a product.

We will issue your refund within 3-5 days of receipt of your product.

Delivery fees are non-refundable for scheduled carrier deliveries of large appliances and home electronics. Parcel deliveries should be refused at the time of delivery to receive a refund.

Yes, if a purchased product came with a Promotional Product and the original product is returned, the Promotional Product must also be returned.
