Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we offer two options to pay in instalments, however the availability is based on the order value, product type and customer's credit status.
1) Credit Card Instalments:
Installments is one of the payment methods available on samsung.com/ae. It allows you to pay for your orders in equal monthly installments and is available for credit cards issued from any of the banks mentioned on https://shop.samsung.com/ae/installments. The Installments plans are only eligible for orders placed using the Installments payment method at Checkout. Activation of your Installments plan may take 10 to 15 business days depending on your bank.
If your order is eligible for purchase on Installments, you will see the Installments option at checkout and the list of banks with their corresponding interest rates, processing fees and tenures offered. Installment plans and any additional charges are subject to the terms and conditions of your bank. You need to agree to the bank’s terms and conditions to proceed with the Installments payment method.
Installment purchases using a credit card vary between card issuers.
Installments Processing:
Once the order is placed on samsung.com/ae, you will see the full amount charged on your credit card. It may take 10 to 15 business days to convert the payment to Installments. For more information on the conversion timeline, you can approach your bank.
Your card issuing bank has the discretion to either approve or reject an order placed using the Installments payment option on the basis of your eligibility for a loan. You can approach your bank to understand why the Installments plan was not approved.
If your bank rejects your request, the order will not be converted into an Installments payment plan and you will be charged to your Credit Card.
Canceling an order with Installments:
If you cancel or return an order purchased using Installments, Samsung will refund the order amount to you within 10 to 15 days, however, the processing fees or additional charges will not be refunded and are subject to the terms and conditions of your bank. You will then need to contact your bank to confirm how the Installment plan on your credit card has been modified, or for any queries, you may have.

2) Instalments with Tabby:
4 monthly instalments through Tabby, subject to the terms and conditions of Tabby. Valid for orders below 8000 AED. To use Tabby, you must be over 18 years old and have a valid Emirates ID Card and UAE phone number.
