Samsung Chromebook key came off

If a key fell off your Samsung Chromebook, don't panic. You can reinsert it as long as you have the key and there is no damage to it or the keyboard. Otherwise, you may need to contact our Support Center.

Inspect the key and keyboard.

Inspect the key and the keyboard's connecting points to check how the key connects to the keyboard.

Reinsert key in the keyboard.

Carefully line up the key on top of the keyboard, and press down gently until it clicks into place.

You may need to wiggle your finger back and forth to help it connect.
