2022 Frame TV can't exit Art Mode or change source from Art mode

If you are having trouble exiting out of Art Mode on your 2022 Frame there is a temporary trick to exit, a method for updating the Art Mode app that should correct the issue, and an update for your TV to correct the issue as well.

Exit Art Mode (Temporary Solution)

Press the Microphone button on your TV remote.
Say "Turn on the TV" or "open YouTube". This will get the TV to kick out of Art Mode until you re enter Art Mode.

Force update of Art Mode

Cold boot your TV by unplugging your power cord from your TV. Leave it unplugged for 1 minute and then plug it back in.
Turn your TV on and enter Art Mode if it does not automatically enter Art Mode.
Wait for about 10 minutes as the new version of Art Mode (released on Oct 27th) should begin to download automatically in the background with no indication. If you have unstable internet, you may need to wait up to 1 hour.
Cold boot the TV again by unplugging the TV, leave it unplugged for 1 minute and then plug it back in.
Turn the TV back on and the Art Mode update should install. Allow 2 - 3 minutes. If the installation is successful, you should now be able to exit Art Mode normally.

Install the TV software update

The latest software update (ver 1403.6) that includes this fix is currently available on Samsung.com. You will need to download this and update it on your TV using a USB thumb drive.

The software will be available for an Over the network software update directly from your TV in about a week or so.

Frame TV automatically turns on in Art Mode

If your Frame TV automatically turns on when left in Art Mode, it may be due to SmartThings. The Frame TV may still communicate with the SmartThings server even if the TV has been turned off. Fortunately, you can solve this issue by temporarily removing the TV from SmartThings on your connected phone.
