Issues with Samsung Internet

If you can’t log in to or view websites with the Samsung Internet app, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take. For instance, you may need to enable JavaScript and cookies so Samsung Internet can save your website history. This will make it easier for you to access websites.

  1. Navigate to Samsung Internet Settings.

    Open the Samsung Internet app, tap Menu (the three horizontal lines), and then tap Settings.

  2. Allow cookies.

    Tap Sites and downloads, tap Site permissions, and then tap Cookies. Select Allow all cookies.Allow all cookies selected in the Samsung Internet app

  3. Turn on JavaScript.

    Tap Back, and then tap the switch next to Allow JavaScript to turn it on.

  4. Contact us for additional assistance.

    If the issue persists, you can submit an inquiry. From the Menu (the three horizontal lines), tap Settings, and then swipe to and tap Contact us. Tap Error reports, and then tap Contact us/Error reports. Fill out the form and make sure Send system log data is checked off.
