Samsung earbuds make an unusual sound

The touch-sensitive sensors on your Samsung earbuds automatically detect when you're wearing the buds. If the earbuds are connected to a compatible device, the earbuds will emit a sound when a call comes in.

If you have you lost or misplaced one of your Samsung earbuds, like the Galaxy Buds2, or one of your Gear IconX earbuds, you can still enjoy your music until you find the missing earbud. Just use your single earbud with the phone that both earbuds were previously paired to.

If your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Buds Pro, or Gear IconX earbuds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdate

If your phone cannot connect to your Galaxy Bud series earbuds (like the Galaxy Buds2 Pro) or Gear IconX earbuds, getting them to connect again will only take a couple of steps. Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue.

If you hear a consecutive beeping sound when you finish a call, it's probably due to an error with the "Play tone when call ends" feature. A future software update should fix this problem, but in the meantime, you can turn the feature on or off to prevent the beeping noise.
