
Wine Cooler is not cooling or over cooling

If your Wine Cooler is too warm or too cold, it's usually due to a simple problem, such as setting the wrong temperature or accidentally turning off the Cooler. It's easy to fix this issue, and soon you can go back to enjoying your wine.
The Wine Cooler is not cooling
If the Wine Cooler is not cooling, it could be due to the following:
- The power cord may not be plugged in properly. Make sure to plug it in correctly.
- The appliance is turned off and therefore is not cooling. Press the Power button to turn on the Cooler and activate its cooling function.
- The circuit breaker tripped or has blown a fuse. Check the circuit breaker to see if everything is in order.
- The Wine Cooler is overloaded, and wine bottles are blocking the vents. Make sure not to overload the Cooler.
If the Wine Cooler still does not cool properly after performing these steps, please contact our Support Service.
The Wine Cooler is overcooling
If the Wine Cooler is overcooling, it means the temperature control is not set correctly. To fix this problem, set the temperature higher.
Depending on which compartment you want to adjust, tap either the Upper compartment button or the Lower compartment button. Continue tapping the button until you've reached your desired temperature.
