Moga XP5-X controller won't charge or turn on with Galaxy phone

The Moga XP5-X needs to be charged using a USB cable. Because it has an internal battery and power bank, some issues may occur with your controller, especially if you forget to charge it.
Controller will not turn on
Confirm the controller's power level by pressing the Battery status button on the front lower left of the controller.
Charge your controller as needed. Using the included USB cable, connect the Micro-USB end to the port at the top of the controller. Then, connect the standard USB end to any powered USB source. When charging, four LEDs will display the charging level from 25 to 100 percent.
If the issue still persists, please contact the place of purchase.
The integrated power bank doesn’t work properly
Confirm that the controller has more than 25 percent battery by pressing the Battery status button on the front lower left of the controller.
You should also check if the Power Bank button is switched on. If the issue still persists, please contact the place of purchase.
The controller or buttons don’t work properly
If you experience issues where the controller is malfunctioning, please contact the place of purchase.
Controller or phone heats up
When you use the controller for an extended period of time, the controller may temporarily heat up due to increased battery consumption.
If this happens, please stop using the controller until it cools down.
If the issue persists, please contact the place of purchase.
