Galaxy Note20's Volume keys don't work

If you cannot adjust the sound on your Galaxy Note20 because the Volume keys are not working, the most likely reason is the settings you have on the phone. For example, some Accessibility settings may affect what happens when you press the Volume keys.

If the Volume keys are not working properly on your Note20, check to see if the Slow key Accessibility feature is turned on. This feature prevents accidental key presses, and when it's enabled, keys needs to be held for a few seconds before they are recognized as being pressed.

To disable this option, navigate to Settings, and then tap Accessibility. Tap Interaction and dexterity, and then turn off the switch next to Slow keys.

If this feature is not enabled and the keys still not do work, please visit the Samsung Service Center to request service.
