Jetbot Mop will not power on or is not charging
If your Jetbot Mop is not turning on, there are two things you can check. Make sure the main unit's power has been turned on, and then check if it has a proper charge. Your Jetbot Mop should be fully charged before each cleaning cycle. If the main unit isn’t charging completely, check that you are using the correct power adapter.
