JetStick stops during cleaning

Overheating can damage your vacuum. So if it starts to potentially reach a condition where it might overheat, it will shut off instead. Check for a few potential problems and let your vacuum cool down in order to use it again.

  1. Empty the dustbin.

The Jet Stick may overheat if you operate it with a full dustbin.

  2. Turn the Jet Stick off and check for any obstructions or clogs.

The Jet Stick may overheat if any part is clogged and preventing suction.

  3. Only use the Extension Crevice Tool for short periods.

The Jet Stick may overheat if the Extension Crevice Tool is used for an extended period of time.

  4. Wait up to 30 minutes and then try the Jet Stick again.

This time may vary depending on how warm or cold the room is.

  5. Request service.

If your Jet Stick still does not operate, visit our Support Center to request service.
