Jet Stick won't charge

JetStick being placed on charger

Place the Jet Stick on the charging stand (or clean station, for Bespoke models) to charge it. Or remove the battery and place the battery on the charging stand to charge it. If it won't charge, make sure the battery stand is plugged in and clean.

  1. Confirm the charging stand is plugged into a 120V outlet.

  2. Check if the vacuum cleaner is turned on, and then check if the LED of the battery level indicator is turned on.

  3. Remove any foreign matter (dust) on the charging terminal with a cotton swab or soft cloth.

  4. If you have a separate accessory cradle that can charge the battery (Bespoke models), try charging the battery there.

If this works, the Clean Station will need to be replaced instead of the battery. Alternatively, if the battery charges on the Clean Station but not the accessory cradle, then replace the accessory cradle.

  5. Replace the battery.

If your battery still won’t charge, replace the battery. You can find a replacement battery on our website.

  6. Request service.

If your Jet Stick still won't charge even with a new battery, visit our Support Center to request service.
