Turn Off HMD Odyssey and Mixed Reality Portal
Turning off your HMD Odyssey couldn't be easier. If you want to shut it down to store it for a while, or to save power, it's as simple as closing an app.

Take off the headset.
Remove the HMD Odyssey from your head before turning it off.

Close Mixed Reality Portal.
On the computer, select X in the Mixed Reality Portal app.
If the Mixed Reality Portal app is in full screen, press the ESC key on the keyboard, and then select X.

Disconnect the cables from the computer.
Carefully disconnect the HMD Odyssey's cables from the computer. The Mixed Reality Portal and the HMD Odyssey will automatically turn off.
