
HMD Odyssey Controller Won't Power On

If the HMD Odyssey's controller is not powering on, you may need to replace the batteries. Keep reading to learn how to insert new batteries and get your HMD Odyssey working again.

Replace the batteries.
Slide the battery cover off, and then insert 2 AA batteries. Next, place the battery cover back on.

Power on the controller.
After replacing the batteries, power the controllers on by pressing and holding the Windows button on each controller.

Check the controller for any physical or liquid damages.
If your controller still won't turn on, the Windows button may have physical damage.
In that case, the controller requires service. Please visit the Support Center to request service.
