The HMD Odyssey is designed to connect to a computer's USB 3.0 port and the HDMI port. If the cable doesn't fit the port, you may be inserting it incorrectly. Keep reading to learn more.
Do not use the HMD Odyssey if any cable is damaged or any wires are exposed. Service is required.
- Inspect the computer's port in a well-lit area to prevent damage to its ports.
- Verify that the computer has a USB 3.0 port and a HMDI port.
- Make sure that the HMD Odyssey's USB 3.0 cable and the HDMI cable are being properly inserted into the computer's corresponding ports.
- If the issue persists, try connecting the HMD Odyssey to another compatible computer.
