Samsung Level headphones will not connect

The Samsung Level headphones can be paired to your device using Bluetooth. This includes Bluetooth devices such as phones, tablets, smart watches, TVs, and PCs. If your headphones aren't pairing, you can try bringing the devices closer together and setting the headphones to pairing mode.

    1. Make sure the devices are near each other.

To avoid problems when connecting your headphones to another device, place the devices close to each other. Ensure the headphones and your other device are within the Bluetooth connection range of 30 feet. The distance may vary depending on your environment.

    2. Set the headphones to pairing mode.

Depending on your headphones, press or slide the Multifunction or Talk button for approximately three seconds. The headphones will then enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Set the headphones to pairing mode

The Bluetooth device may require a PIN. The PIN for the headphones is a four-digit number in parentheses by the headphone's name on the Bluetooth settings screen.

  1. Connect the headphones.

On your phone, navigate to and turn on Bluetooth. Select the name of your headphones from the list of available devices. If the headphones do not connect, restart your device and then try again.

  2. Try pairing another Bluetooth device.

Try pairing the headphones to another Bluetooth device. If the headphones pair, then there is a problem with the original Bluetooth device you were using. You will need to contact that device's manufacturer for additional information.

  3. Request service.

If the problem persists, service is required. Please contact the Support Center to set up service.
