Update your Samsung Level headphones

Keeping the firmware updated on your Samsung Level headphones will ensure they work properly whenever you need to use them. You can update your Level U, Level U Pro, or Level Active headphones using the Samsung Level app.

The Samsung Level app is compatible with Android 4.2 or later. If you're having trouble syncing your headphones to a Bluetooth device, make sure to review our guide for connecting Level headphones.

Open the Samsung Level app.

Navigate to and open the Samsung Level app. If you need to install the Samsung Level app, you can do so using the Play Store.
Select your headphone model.

Tap More, and then tap the About section that corresponds to your headphones. For example, you'll need to tap About Samsung Level Active if you are using the Level Active headphones.
Update your headphones.

Select the option to update your headphones, and then tap OK. Tap OK again when the update is complete.

Samsung Level headphones will not connect

The Samsung Level headphones can be paired to your device using Bluetooth. This includes Bluetooth devices such as phones, tablets, smart watches, TVs, and PCs. If your headphones aren't pairing, you can try bringing the devices closer together and setting the headphones to pairing mode.

Samsung Level Active headphones will not power on or charge

If your Samsung Level Active headphones won’t turn on or charge, there are some things you can check. First, make sure the headphones and charger are undamaged and free of any dust or dirt. Then, try connecting the headphones to the charger and waiting until they are fully charged.
