Samsung microwave error codes
If you get an error code service is pretty much needed. First though, it's possible that if you power cycle the microwave, you may clear the error. And if you think moisture may have gotten in the microwave, that could be causing errors too, so let it dry.
If you receive an error code:
- Unplug the microwave or turn it off at the circuit breaker.
- If the microwave's electronics recently came in contact with moisture (like a spill or steam from a cooktop), give the microwave some time to dry. Otherwise, 60 seconds is enough time to wait. After waiting, turn the microwave back on.
- If the error code returns, visit the Support Center to request service.
