
ZigBee device is not working with Samsung SmartThings hub

If your ZigBee device is not working with your hub, be sure to check the power to the device and the hub's network connection. However, it may be necessary to reset the ZigBee device and restart the hub to fix the problem.

Reasons Why the Zigbee Device Will Not Connect
Possible Causes for Connection Issues
- The device's pull-tab may have broken off or been sheared off when it was pulled.
- The device is not receiving power.
- The device's battery is drained and needs replacing.
- The device is too far away from the Hub. Make sure the device is within 10 feet of the Hub.
- There may be Wi-Fi interference from the main router. If possible, move the Hub as far away as possible from the main Wi-Fi router.
