Cannot activate Samsung Galaxy Watch with a QR code

The LTE version of the Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active2, and Galaxy Watch3 can be activated with select U.S. carriers. Activation details may differ by the carrier. Currently, QR code activation is only available for AT&T and Verizon customers. Be sure to contact your carrier for additional support with QR code activation issues.
Activation may be limited or not supported at this time. Activation can only be completed with a phone running Android 5.0 and later with 1.5GB RAM or higher, or iPhone 5 and later with iOS 9 or later. Contact your carrier for a list of compatible phones, valid data plans, and NumberShare details.
