The Connect Home sub-hub(s) appear as unavailable

If your SmartThings Wifi or Connect Home sub Hub(s) appear as unavailable when you access the Wi-Fi Hub's detail page, check the distance between your Hubs. It's possible that your sub Hub is too far away from the main Hub or you just simple need to reboot them.
Try the solutions below if your sub Hub appears as unavailable.
-
Check the distance between the main Hub and sub Hub(s).
Make sure the Hub are placed within 40 feet of each other. The distance limit may vary depending on the environment.
-
Restart the main and sub Hubs.
Unplug the main and sub Hub's power cables. Wait approximately one minute, and then plug the power cables back in.
-
Reset the unavailable sub Hub(s).
If the sub Hub(s) is still unavailable from the details page, insert a small tool into the Hub's RESET button located at the back of the sub Hub(s) until LED indicator goes dark. The sub Hub(s) will automatically reboot. When the indicator light blinks red and green, complete the setup of your SmartThings Wifi or Connect Home.
