Gear Info
If needed, you can view important information about your Gear. Keep reading to learn how to learn about your device, report your diagnostics, and debug or reset your watch.
The available Settings and menu options will vary based on the model and software version.

Navigate to Settings.
From the watch's Home screen, press the Power key, and then touch Settings.

View Gear Info.
Scroll down and touch Gear info to view the following options.
- About device: Access information about your Gear.
- Report diagnostics: Send performance data to Samsung to help improve the device and software.
- Reset Gear: Perform a Factory reset to delete stored data.
- Debugging: Read log data, copy files to and from a computer, and install apps without notifications.
