Canister or upright vacuum will not turn on

Canister vacuum

If your vacuum doesn't turn on, check that it has power.

If the vacuum does not turn on when you firmly press the center of the power button, or if it turns on and off by itself, make sure the vacuum's power cord is fully inserted into a working outlet. (You can test an outlet by plugging in a lamp.)

If the vacuum still does not turn on or keeps turning on and off by itself, visit our Support Center to request service.

Relieving the water pressure will help (turn off the water supply and dispense water until it stops). If the new filter refuses to go in, either your new filter or your old filter is not a Samsung brand filter.
