
Report errors for Samsung Pay on Samsung smart watch

If you are experiencing issues with Samsung Pay on your watch that you need to report, you can send an error report to the Samsung Pay team. Don't worry if you aren't sure how to do this. Your phone will do most of the work for you.
To use Samsung Pay on your smart watch with a non-Samsung phone, you must update to Android 6.0 or higher. These steps do not apply to the Galaxy watches running Wear OS.

Generate a log file.
Using the phone paired to your Samsung smart watch, open Galaxy Wearable app. Next, swipe to then tap Samsung Pay, and then tap the More Options icon to the upper right corner. Finally, tap Help, tap Error reports, and then tap OK.
It will take a few minutes to generate the log file. When it completes, tap on the notification.

Send the log files and other details.
When the log has been generated, tap on the log file. You'll be asked to choose an email app to send the logs from.
When the email opens, you will see a list of questions in the body. Fill in the requested details and then tap SEND.
Note: Do not change the recipient email address or remove any automatic attachments.
