
Call Sticker Service Is Ending

Beginning with the S8, Galaxy phones support a feature that allows you to send stickers while in a phone call, or decline calls with a sticker.
This service will end in December 2018, but you can continue to use stickers in messages or the calendar.
If you purchased Call stickers through Galaxy apps, you can request compensation for your purchase before June 15, 2019.

Get your order number.
Note: The order number is not required, but can help speed up processing.
Open Galaxy Apps, open the menu, and then touch My Apps. Your order numbers will be found under Receipts.

Submit a request for compensation.
Open the menu in Galaxy Apps menu, then touch Help. Touch Contact us, then fill in all the fields and touch Submit. If you have your order numbers, be sure to include them in the details.
