Power Brush stops on Samsung upright vacuum

To prevent damage, the Power Brush will stop working if it detects an obstruction. Once you clear the obstruction from the Power Brush, you need to reset the protector switch.
-
Inspect the Power Brush.
If the brush gets jammed, it will stop, but the suction motor will still run.
Upright vacuums will not engage the Power Brush when they are locked upright. Tilt the vacuum back to check if the Power Brush is working.
-
Clean the Power Brush.
Carefully remove any debris found in the Power Brush. Most models include an easy removal method for the Power Brush. Instructions can be found in your user manual.
-
Reset and try again.
Press the reset switch, using a pen, and try cleaning with the Power Brush.
If you've tried to reset the Power Brush multiple times, and it still does not turn on, the Power Brush will need to be replaced.
