
Reset the Samsung Pay app on a Galaxy phone

If you need to, you can reset the Samsung Pay app. This can help solve app issues or reset your PIN if you've forgotten it. When you do this, all payment cards, membership cards, and rewards will be removed from the phone. This will not delete the Samsung account or any data from the account, including your rewards.

Open Samsung Pay Framework.
Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Apps. Swipe to and tap Samsung Pay Framework.

Force stop the app.
Tap Force stop, and then tap OK to confirm.

Clear the app's cache.
Next, tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

Open the app's info screen.
Tap Manage storage. This will take you to the regular Samsung Wallet app's info screen.

Clear the app's data.
Tap Storage, tap Clear data, and then tap OK.
You will have to set up the app again and assign a new PIN after the reset.
