Connection error in Samsung Members
Several requirements must be met for Samsung Members to work properly. An internet connection is required, as well as a Samsung Account, and you must be in the United States.

Make sure your phone has a stable internet connection.
Your phone must be connected to Wi-FI or mobile data in order to use the Samsung Members app. To test your connection, try loading a web page in your mobile browser. If it doesn't work, troubleshoot your internet connection.

Make sure your Samsung Account is registered.
If your Samsung account registration is incomplete, locate the registration email that was sent to the email address connected to your Samsung account, and then tap the verification link in the email.

Clear the app cache.
The app cache may contain corrupted data. Clearing the cache will fix this.
