Unable to Sync Outlook Calendar to a Samsung phone or tablet

If events from your Microsoft Outlook account are not syncing to the Calendar app on your Galaxy phone or tablet, you may just need to register your Outlook account. Other times, you may need to reset the Calendar app.

Check if the Outlook Calendar option is available on the device

  1. Navigate to the Calendar app.

    From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access the Apps screen. Then, tap the Calendar app.

  2. Check available calendars.

    Tap Menu (the three horizontal lines) on the upper left side.

    • If your Outlook account is available, tap the Down arrow next to it. Make sure your calendar has been selected.
    • If your Outlook account is not listed, the account is not available and you may need to log into it.
